STUDENT LEARNING CONTRACT

I. Parties

This STUDENT LEARNING CONTRACT, made as of December 11, 2020, is by and between

JIMMY ZHAO (Learning Student), and SHAIRA MICAH B. PACAS (Educator).

In consideration of the mutual promises and covenants of this Contract, of which the receipt and

sufficiency are hereby acknowledged, the Parties further agree to the terms as follows:

The purpose of this Contract is to improve the Learning Student’s knowledge in Islamic Culture.

With the Learning Student’s consent, the Educator shall formulate and assign learning activities

for the Learning Student.

II. Terms and Conditions

A. Term

This Contract shall be effective starting December 12, 2020, until such tie that the required

learning hours of 30hrs. has been complete.

B. Educator’s Responsibilities

Aside from formulating the activities for the Learning Student, the Educator shall be

responsible for the following:

• Determine the knowledge level of the Learning Student;

• Monitor the Learning Student’s progress with diligence and patience; and

• Make shared evaluations with the Student regarding the progress and/or

improvements of the Student.

C. Learner Student’s Responsibilities

The Learning Student shall be responsible for the following:

 • Ensure that the payment of 500 pesos/hr. are remitted to the Educator properly

a day before 5hrs. worth of online class is conducted;

• Cooperate with the Educator’s learning activities and submit all requirements

for assessment that the Educator will provide, and;

• Deliver all learning activities agreed on this Contract with utmost diligence.

D. Assignment

This contract shall not be assigned to any third party unless consented by the parties.

E. Entire Agreement

This contract bears the entire agreement of the parties regarding the purpose and its subject

matter and supersedes any previous oral or written arrangements between the parties.

F. Governing Law

This contract shall be interpreted and governed by the Philippine Law.
