STAFFING AGENCY CONTRACT AGREEMENT

This Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is made as of this 23rd of February,


2024 (the “Effective Date”) by and between The Likelihood Cleaning and
Maintenance Services (“Staffing Agency”) and Open Minds Montessori School
(“Employer”), (each, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”). The Parties agree and
covenant to be bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement as follows:

1. POSITION AND CLIENT ASSIGNMENT


The Employer hereby employs the Employee in the capacity of Maintenance and
Cleaning Staff at Open Minds Montessori School, located in Talamban, Nasipit,
Cebu City, Philippines.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas of the school premises.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste
disposal.
- Inspect and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Assist in maintaining school facilities and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines during all cleaning and maintenance activities.

3. QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance roles (preferred).
- Ability to handle basic maintenance tools and equipment.
- Physical fitness to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- A positive and cooperative attitude toward teamwork.

4. COMPENSATION AND SALARY PACKAGE


The Employee will receive the following compensation and benefits:
- Monthly Salary: ₱5,000
- Overtime Pay for additional hours worked beyond the standard work schedule.

- Uniform and Equipment Provided.

5. START DATE

The employment is expected to commence on [Negotiable].


6. DURATION OF EMPLOYMENT
This contract is for an indefinite term, and either party may terminate the employment
relationship with written notice by the applicable labor laws of the Philippines.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY
During the term of employment and thereafter, the Employee agrees not to disclose any
confidential information related to the school, its students, or employees.

8. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this contract with written notice by the labor laws of the
Philippines.

9. GOVERNING LAW
This Contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the Philippines.
