A BALANCED DIET

TEENAGE:
They should eat a lot of fruits and vegetables in large
amounts.
 Starchy foods such as pasta, rice and potatoes
 Proteins
 Dairy
 Oils
ATHLETES:
Proteins, vegetables, wholegrain seed, cereal, low
fat, and dairy products
OLD AGE:
Whole grain cereals, whole meal breakfast, fruit, dry
fruits, dried peas, beans and lentils, starchy foods.
INFANTS:
Fruit, meat, vegetables, cereal, starchy foods
WORKING WOMEN:
Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, proteins ,
fibers , nuts etc.
