THE BRIEF

I have 1,000 new contacts who I think are

expriencing a pain point that our value
proposition can solve.

I want to send them all a cold email which I

want to personalise to optimise open rates,
click through rates and reply rates.

For each contact I have information gathered

from their Linkedin personal and compnay
profiles.
Step 1
I created a Zap in Zapier to automatically take
the contacts LinkedIn information and plug it
into a mega ChatGPT prompt...
Step 2
Now we need a ChatGPT mega prompt
template to add to the Zap. I’m going to break
this down into sections...

Email context & style.

Contact information.
Subject line.
Email preview.
Email opener.
Pain alignment with value proposition.
Closing question.

Step 10
Now add your cold email mega prompt to
your Zap, switch it on and watch your Google
Sheet fill up with delicious, personalised cold
email content.
