Dear Mr. Gueverra:

I am writing to convey my dissatisfaction with the lack of price tags situation on each product in
your outlet right now. As a conscientious shopper I have always appreciated the ease and
transparency of being able to determine the costs of the products I need without having to rescan
or to ask the store attendant for help.

During my recent few visits to your store, I have observed that the same products at different
stations do not have a trend of price tags leading to a reduction in my shopping experience.
Moreover, my position as a customer is greatly affected by this because beyond being seen as an
inconvenience, it also adds to the already existing delays and frustrations.

Additionally, the non-availability of price prices is an ambiguous and unclear factor for the cost
of goods. Having no transparency on these prices can lead to cases of misunderstanding and
arguments at the checkout counter that are reflective of the service standards and professionalism
of your venue.

I respectfully recommend that you reflect upon the recommendation and do so soon. As a long-
term customer, I sincerely hope that a change will happen which will make our shopping
experience better, not just mine but also for other shoppers.

I really appreciate the time you have taken to look into this matter. I hope for your reply and
support in this pressing matter.
