HARDSCAPE ELEMENTS:
Driveways –
A driveway with over 20 ft. width which means excellent functionality of
traffic and a beautiful environment to enjoy it.
Retaining walls-
A retaining wall was used to stop erosion & to level the ground.

Walkways/ Pathways (stone)-
Stone pathways are provided a way to get to different parts of the yard,
and allow access.
Parking area-
Parking facilities is provided for safe, convenient and organized spaces
for parking vehicles.

Statues-
For aesthetical appearance.
Gazebo-
Gazebos are freestanding or attached to a garden wall, roofed and open
on all sides. They provide shade & shelter from rain and a place to rest.
Swimming area
Pools are used for bathing activities such as playing, water exercising,
floating on inner tubes or cooling off on hot days.

Kid’s Play area:
Kids' play area offer the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation for
the kids.

SOFTSCAPE ELEMENTS:
Huge and dense trees are provide all along the compound wall as a
buffer from the noise of the exterior road thus preventing noise
pollution and purifying the internal environment.
Low level and dense shrubs runs adjacent throughout the pathway to
create a buffer between two spaces as well as hides the services running
through it.

Avenues are created along the lawn using palm trees.
The lawn has soft green cover over the entire area.

PLANT STUDY:
There are used outdoor plants to keep the temperature cool and ventilate the
complex. Additionally, they add aesthetic value to our home decor and
experience fresh natural air with these outdoor and indoor house plants.
Plant – Sweet violet (Viola odorata), Rose (Rosa rubiginosa), Tulip (Tulipa spp.)
Swimming pool area should be covered by plants from all the sides for
privacy purpose.
