HVAC : 899 tons Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Based Cooling System for apartment.
Plumbing : Water supply and Drainage work.
Electrical : 1.83 MW Electrical Load & Allied works.
Fire Fighting : 1500 GPM Sprinkler, Fire Hydrant & FHC System and Fire Extinguishers.
