Game Start●
●

-The game can be played with 2-4 players

-The game consists of 1 board, 4 department cards, 24

playable cards, 12 building cards for each department
(powerplant, hospital, school, farm), and score sheets

-Expected playtime: 20 minutes

-Each player must first choose a side

-Each player will start with 4 cards and department drawn

from their respective decks

-Players will also receive a score sheet which they will use
to keep track of their satisfaction score

-Everyone will start with 20 satisfaction score

Board●
●

- The board is an 8x8 which consists of four sides

- Players will play their cards in front of them marked by a

white outline
-Place the card deck on the middle of the board

Turns●
●

-Turns start with the oldest player, turns then move

clockwise

-At your turn, draw a card

-You may play 1 card and end your turn;

-Or you may also choose to skip it

-Cards have special abilities that may change your

satisfaction, be sure to keep track your of your scores

Winning●
●

-Once a player reach 0 satisfaction, they’ll be out of the

game

-The first player to reach a satisfaction score of 100 wins
