Class Timings:

 2 days a week (4 hours a day, they can’t choose morning or afternoon)

 2 evenings (17:30-21:30)
 Weekend – (Friday 5:30pm-9:30pm& Saturday 10am-3pm)

Admission Process: Academic interview (Microsoft Teams video call) + English Duolingo test**
For Level 3( 60 credits or above just Academic Interview
 For who’s born in UK will be just Academic Interview
L3 Certificates gained from QUALIFI will not be accepted for admission
No maximum age limit

Accepted for 3 years course:

Baccalaureate or work experience letter - interview +English test)
Baccalaureate + Level 3 - just interview
Work experience + Level 3 - just interview
Foundation year certificate 120 credits - just interview
Foundation year certificate between 60-100 credits + 1 year work experience - just interview

Accepted for 4 years course :

Baccalaureate - interview +English test
Work experience - interview +English test
High school + transcript - interview +English test
Level 3 (over 60 credits ) -just interview

Accepted for Level 6 - Top- up

Needs to have 240 in their Level 4 & Level 5 (BA/HND/FdA) - just interview

**Work experience can be used when the student cannot provide any of the above diplomas, so the student ask
his employer to complete a letter (the university has a specific letter template) where it says the student isworking
in that company from minimum 2 years as a Manager/Team leader/Adminstrator/Supervisor.
Reference must support the CV- Match details e.g., dates and job titles.
The work reference has to be sent from the employer email (business email)
**The test can be done anytime by the student from a laptop only (video and audio must be turned on). The
link will be provided by the agent to the student

DUOLINGO TEST - ARDEN

To take the test the applicant will need:

- Their passport, driver's license or government ID

- A quiet, well-lit room with nobody else present
- Approximately60 minutes of free time
- Areliable internet connection
- A computer witha front facing camera, microphone and speakers.

Score required 105 overall (95 literacy, 75 conversation, 105 comprehension, 75 production)

The student must download Microsoft Teams app to have the interview and theywill receivethe email with
the steps and the link for the interview
