Conclusion
According to the data used for this study about EOBD test results and Tail
pipe results, the overlap between those 2 populations are relatively low
(0,61% for Diesel, 9.36% for Petrol)

It seems that a EOBD defaut (MIL) observed during PTI inspection is not
confirmed with tail pipe test on vehicle population predominantly
consisting of Euro 3 & Euro 4

The low amount of

Euro 5 & Euro 6 vehicles
involved in this study do not
permit to provide any
relationship between
about EOBD test results
and Tail pipe results.
