CONTRACT - DELIVERABLES & COST

Conducting a creative brand strategy session and study, delivered in the
design presentation and used to come up with creative decisions.
Brand Naming 4 days $500

Suggesting 3 - 4 names for the new brand.
Two round of revisions and its continuum is 4 days from the day of delivery.
Logo & Identity Design

One logo & Identity Design option. 7 days $2600
Social Media Package

Including the 2 profile pictures, 2 cover pictures, 3-5 post templates using
the new logo & Identity. 4 days $440
Brand Guideline
Brand guidebook for the developed logo & Identity design, including, brand
fonts, color scheme, identity implementation, mockups, logo usage and 5 days $660
variations, do's and don'ts, etc...
CONTRACT - PAYMENTS
A full payment upfront is optimal otherwise the following payment schedule is needed for this project to start.
PAYMENTS BREAKDOWN (50% DOWN PAYMENT, 50% BEFORE FILE DELIVERY)

PAYMENT METHODS
The client can choose one of these payments methods:

DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT
. The client will pay the designer the first down payment before the start of any design work.
. The final balance is due towards completion of the project when the work has been approved.
. The client should cover any extra transfer charges based on the mode of transfer listed above.
. Only when the final payment has been received will all requested digital files be released and sent to the client.
. The client agrees to pay the final or full amount of the project within 7 - 10 days of the completion of the project from the designer. Payments afer that
allowance period might incure a late fee on the remaining amount, to be determined by the designer.
CONTRACT - TERMS & REGULATIONS
TERMS & REGULATIONS
All content must be provided by the client. The designer is not responsible for content creation or spelling mistakes
unless this is agreed upon in the scope of work with the client. Any edits or changes on the content after work has been
done using that content will subject the client to extra costs that will be sent in a new proposal quotation.
One round of revisions includes any number of edits that are requested in one session or one email, regardless of the
number or type of edits needed as long as they are not new designs. Any extra round of revisions that exceeds the
number provided in the scope of work will be subject to extra fees and will be sent over to the client in a new proposal
quotation.
A continuum is the time limit allowed for the client to submit their revisions to the designer, revisions exceeding the time
continuum will be terminated and will be considered as completed, all edits must be requested within the time frame
provided by the designer. In the case of the client asking for these revisions after the specified continuum has passed,
extra charges will be sent over to the client in a new proposal quotation as estimated by the designer.
In case the client wanted a new stylescape option, a new sketch set, or a new design option, that exceeds the number
specified in the scope of work and deliverables extra fees will apply and will be sent over to the client in a new proposal
quotation as estimated by the designer.
In the case of the use of commercial typeface or any expenses related to the brand, the designer will present that font
typeface to the client so the client can purchase that font for legal usage and get the corresponding commercial license
of that font or typeface family and pay for any required resources for that brand, reimbursing the designer if he had
already bought that resource. This should be shared with the client beforehand.
Feedback and responses should be within 3-7 days or the requested matter at hand would be considered fulfilled by
the designer.
The designer has the freedom to take the weekends off which are not calculated as working days.
PROJECT CANCELLATION & SUSPENSION
If the client wishes to cancel the project after the project has started and the first downpayment is processed, no refund
of that first payment is possible. A portion of the payment can be refunded with the agreement of both the designer and
the client depending on how much work is completed and that specific situation.
If for any circumstance, it becomes impossible for the designer to continue the project, part of the payment will be
refunded by the designer if both the designer and the client agree on that unless the amount of work done by the
designer covers the amount of the payment received.
The designer reserves the right to suspend the project at any time if the client overuses the number of revisions allowed
and/ or is late on feedback or is out of reach for over a week, or is micromanaging the project to an unacceptable
extent. Any project suspension or termination will not result in any refund to the client.
In the case of any change that is needed by the client on the project such as changing the brand's name or the set
direction of the design after research and work have been done, the extra cost might be charged to the client with a
new proposal quotation.
CONTRACT - TERMS & REGULATIONS
OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHTS
All designs from preparation materials to sketches, digital artwork, and any documentation prepared for the client will
be considered to be the designer's property until the settlement of the final payment of that project is processed and the
designer has received that payment, then the designer should send over the design files to the client and the designs
sent can be considered as the client's property.
The designer has the right to publish any of his designs done for the client in his portfolio, website, and/or in his social
media accounts. If the client has any specific secrecy or reasons for not publishing that artwork, please mention that at
the beginning of the project.
The designer has the right to use any unused designs, artwork, sketches, and ideas from any project as he/she sees
fit.
TRADEMARKS
In the case of registering the logo or the generated brand name as a trademark, the client should be responsible for
seeing the procedures through and is responsible for the outcome of the trademarking process both legally and
financially. Trademark and copyright are lengthy and costly procedures for a designer to handle and thus is not
responsible for them.
In the case of any legal issues facing the brand due to its name, product, or any part of the brand, the designer is not to
be held responsible and no refunds will be considered.

By signing this propsal you accept all of the terms and conditions, prices and timelines included in this proposal.
Once you sign the proposal and send it back to me, please arrange to transfer the first agreed on down payment as
mentioned in this proposal to me so I can start the project and book the assigned time to you over other projects.

company grow from being a business into a brand.
