Work Profile Setup Guide for Android

A work profile is a separate area of an Android device for storing work apps and data. Work
profiles provide platform-level separation of BIG work apps (email, drive, meet, etc) and
data. At the same time you retain privacy over your personal apps, data, and usage. The
work profile user experience is seamless—work profile notifications and icons of apps
installed in a work profile are marked with a work badge (briefcase icon) so you can
distinguish them from personal apps.
Please note these steps are only for personal android devices where you are using or may want to
use the work related email and other apps.

Steps based on case to case basis :-

Case 1 : Emails stopped working (not syncing) on your android device ( Gchat may
work in some cases).
Fix – Remove Bitsinglass account and reconfigure it again..

1. Open your device's Settings app.

2. Tap Accounts & Backup.
3. Under "Manage Accounts," tap Bitsinglass account Remove account.
4. To confirm, tap Remove account.
5. Repeat the process and Add account once again
6. You will be asked to install Android Device Policy app installation.

Tap Install.
Accept & continue to create a work profile on the device.
