Device Enrollment Procedure in Android Enterprise Mode

Android Enterprise is a set of tools and services provided by Google as an enterprise management
solution for Android devices. With Android Enterprise:You use XenMobile to manage bring your own
device (BYOD) Android devices.You can manage a separate profile on the device. The separate profile
isolates business accounts, apps, and data from personal accounts, apps, and data.

Steps to enroll android devices in AE mode:

1. Install Secure hub from Play Store. Open the Secure hub application.

2. Type in the enrollment URL: rcl.xm.cloud.com

3. On the next page, type in the respective Username and Password:


4. On the Enroll your device pop-up, click Yes enroll. The device gets enrolled in Android Enterprise
mode.

5. Android Enterprise set up starts as shown below:

6. On the last set up page for Android Enterprise, click on Next.


7. User will be prompted to setup a Citrix PIN. Enter the required 4 digits Citrix PIN and Confirm the
PIN.
8. Post Citrix PIN set up , the user is prompted with the following page where the user would have to
enter the device unlock Password/PIN.

9. After entering the unlock PIN/Password,click Next,the work profile is set up.
10. The work profile would be separated from the personal profile.Click on the Work option on the
device.
11. We will see few default apps like Contacts,Files and Play Store for the work profile.
12. Click on Work Play Store where we can see all the apps deployed for the user and which can be
downloaded.
