Dietary Requirements

Dietary requirements
(Summarise the special request or dietary requirement that needs to be addressed. What is it? How might the issue
affect the customer if failed to address I adequately?)

The next service takes this into account and the dietary needs are well taken into consideration to keep all patrons
safe and comfortable. A prerequisite one is the gluten-free products which will ensure that guests with celiac disease
or gluten intolerance have their needs met. Lack of adequate substitution might be a cause of health problems for
affected guests, such as trouble with digestion and severe discomfort. Moreover, vegetarian options have to be
involved to satisfy people who don’t eat meat, leaving them with options that are as healthy and tasty as meat ones.

Strategy
(Describe how you will adjust your recipe to address the dietary requirement)

To satisfy them, we will offer some dishes that are gluten-free and vegetarian. In addition to the traditional
Margherita Pizza, we will serve it on a gluten-free crust made from a blend of gluten-free flours. In this way, the
menu eliminates the worry of the guests who cannot eat gluten and prefer to have a traditional italian dish. Further,
the Bruschetta will not be made with gluten-containing Pane di Casa bread so that it is suitable for everyone.

It can be an option for vegetarians if the salad and bruschetta are large enough to serve as substantial dishes. These
dishes not only have a no-meat base but also use fresh ingredients such as tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella. To
prevent cross-contamination, we will use different serving utensils for each dish, these will be labeled on the buffet.
Such strategy gives an opportunity to all the guests to enjoy the meal, regardless the fact that their dietary
preferences do not limit their variety of food choices.
