Meeting Outcomes

Meeting attendees

The meeting was attended by important parties, including myself, Amanda, the operations manager, and Sarah, the
manager of administration, as well as members of the project team who were involved in the negotiating process.

Meeting purpose

The purpose of the conference was to finalize and debate raising the cost of services that use environmentally
friendly materials. It also attempted to guarantee that team members were in agreement with each other's negotiating
goals and tactics.

Negotiation meeting objectives

The goal of the negotiating discussion was to ensure that the customers would accept the price increase while still
being satisfied and loyal. In order to guarantee successful implementation, it also sought to define responsibilities
and lines of communication within the project team.

Agenda items

The present price structure was reviewed, the justification for the increase was discussed, prospective consumer
concerns were identified, objection-handling techniques were developed, and positions within the project team were
assigned.

Potential issues and problems of negotiation


Divergent tactics and goals among team members, consumer opposition to the price hike, and worries about
affordability might all be potential problems. Achieving a win-win solution required effectively resolving these
concerns.
Outcomes of the negotiation
Team members came to consensus on the suggested price increase approach and execution plan as a consequence of
the negotiation. Agreements included outlining roles within the project team for effective implementation,
anticipating client issues, and developing a transparent communication plan.
