2. 20 ml Coconut Liqueur
3. 50 ml Coconut Milk
4. 15 ml lime juice
5. 40 ml Soda Water
6. 2 Sc Sugar
7. Mint Leaf

Method : Muddling And Shaking

Glass : Highball Glass

Garnish : Mint Spring And Icing Sugar

Supply : Straw

Philosophy

Remembering that soon we will welcome Christmas, here we are inspired made a
Christmas themed cocktail that we called Santa Claus This cocktail has a sweet, creamy taste and
of course has quite high alcohol. We serve this cocktail in a highball glass which is garnished
with mint spring and then sprinkled top with icing sugar to resemble a tree covered in snow.

THE ZOMBIE EYEBALL

Ingridient :

1. 45 ml Vodka
2. 30 ml Cranbeery juice
3. 15 ml Lyche juice
4. 15m Grenadine syrup

Method : Shaking

Glass : Cocktail glass

Garnish : Lychee

Supply : None

Philosopy

We make this drink to celebrate Halloween. This drink has a sour taste and is high in alcohol.
This drink is red like blood and has an eyeball garnish made from lychees and blueberries
fruit then smeared with grenadine syrup.

The Baby Santa Claus

Ingridient

1. 60 ml Pineapple Juice
2. 15 ml Lemon Juice
3. 20 ml Blue Curacao Syrup (Zero Alcoholic)
4. 15 ml Simple Syrup
5. 6 pcs Coconut Milk Ice Cubes
6. 15 ml Cream of Coconut

Method : Blending

Glass : Margarita Glass

Garnish : Coconut flakes

Philosophy

Just like a Santa Claus cocktail, we make this cocktail to celebrate Christmas. We made
this cocktail inspired by a couple who wanted to celebrate Christmas at a bar but their lover
doesn't like drinking alcohol, that's why we created a mocktail which we called the Baby Santa
Claus. This drink has a creamy taste that comes from coconut and a sour taste that comes from
pineapple. This mocktail is very suitable for women and children to drink because it has a blue
color like the ocean and is combined with snow from grated coconut.

NUSANTARA
Ingridient :

1. 100 ml Coconut Water


2. 2 pcs Watermelon Chunk
3. 3 pcs Strawberry
4. 20 ml simple syrup
5. 10 gr Coconut Flesh
6. 5 gr Mint Leaves
7. Top with Soda water

Method : Build on ice and Muddling

Glass : Highball glass

Garnish : Strawberry and mint spring

Supply : Straw and stirrer

Philosopy

We made this mocktail inspired by our country which has lots of beaches and lots
of coconuts. This drink is made from coconut water and coconut flesh then added strawberries
and watermelon on top to produce a red and white color like the colors of the Indonesian flag.
This drink is very suitable to drink during the day because this drink has a sweet and slightly
sour taste so it produces a fresh taste which is very fitting because our country is a tropical
country.
