45 ml Gold Puerto Rican Rum into an electric
30 ml Demerara Rum blender with 170
20 ml Fresh Lime Juice grams of cracked
15 ml Falernum ice. With pulse
15 ml Donn’s Mix* bottom blend for
1 tsp Grenadine Syrup a few seconds.
1 dash Angostura Bitters Serve in a tall
6 drops Pernod tumbler glass.

*Donn’s Mix: 2
parts of fresh
yellow grapefruit
and 1 part of
cinnamon syrup Tumbler and Zombie Glass
