Coupe/Coupette Glass or
Shake and Strain Martini Glass
45 ml Gin Shake and Strain Old Fashioned Rock Glass
20 ml Sweet Vermouth with ice
20 ml Dry Vermouth Orange Slice and red cherry
30 ml Orange Juice
45 ml Cachaca Place lime and Lime Wheel (Optional)
3 Lime wedges cut into small sugar into double
wedges old fashioned
4 Teaspoons White Sugar glass and muddle
gently. Fill the
glass with cracked
ice and add
Cachaca. Stir
gently to involve
ingredients
Note: Historically
a few drops of
fresh lime juice
were added to
taste. 4 slices of
fresh pineapple
can be used
instead of juice.
Build
Build
45 ml White Rum Into electric Lime/Lemon Slice
20 ml Fresh Lime Juice blender add all
15 ml Simple Syrup ingredients. Pour
into chilled
cocktail glass.
Martini Glass
Shake and Strain Or Coupe Glass
45 ml Gin Shake all Garnish with Lemon slice,
30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice ingredients with optional lemon zest
10 ml Simple Syrup ice except soda
Splash of Soda Water water. Pour into
thin tall Tumbler
glass (Highball
Glass), top with
splash soda water
Note: Serve
without ice. Highball Glass or (Tall Glass)
45 ml Bourbon or Rye Whiskey Place sugar cube Garnish with an orange slice
1 Sugar Cube in old fashioned or zest, and a cocktail cherry
Few Dashes Angostura Bitters glass and saturate
Few Dashes Plain Water with bitter, add
few dashes of
plain water.
Muddle until
dissolved. Fill the
glass with ice
cubes and add
whiskey. Stir
gently.
Old Fashioned Rock Glass
Note: Historically
a few drops of
fresh lime juice
were added to
taste. 4 slices of
fresh pineapple
can be used
instead of juice.

Green Olives with Lemon
Stir and Strain Peel
45 ml Bourbon Whisky Pour all Garnish with a half orange
25 ml Fresh Lemon Juice ingredients into slice and maraschino cherry,
20 ml Simple Syrup cocktail shaker optional use orange zest.
20 ml Egg White (Optional) filled with ice.
Shake well. Strain
into cobbler glass.
If served “on the
rocks”, strain
ingredients into
an old fashioned
glass filled with
ice.
Build
Old Fashioned Rock Glass
45 ml Jamaican Dark Rum Add all ingredients Garnish with mint leaves
45 ml Gold Puerto Rican Rum into an electric
30 ml Demerara Rum blender with 170
20 ml Fresh Lime Juice grams of cracked
15 ml Falernum ice. With pulse
15 ml Donn’s Mix* bottom blend for
1 tsp Grenadine Syrup a few seconds.
1 dash Angostura Bitters Serve in a tall
6 drops Pernod tumbler glass.
Note:
*Donn’s Mix: 2
parts of fresh
yellow grapefruit
and 1 part of
cinnamon syrup Tumbler and Zombie Glass
