Espresso Martini soda water / club soda

Ingredients Sprig of fresh mint

30 ml Vodka Method

30 ml Coffee Liqueur Gently muddle the lime wedges, sugar, and mint
leaves in the glass.
60 ml Espresso
Half fill the glass with ice, add the BACARDÍ Carta
20 ml Sugar syrup Blanca rum & stir.
Method Top with ice, a sprig of mint and club soda.
Chill glass with ice.
Aperol Spritz
Add all ingredients into a shaker with plenty of ice.

Shake for like 15 seconds for optimal frothiness.
30 ml Aperol
Double strain into a cocktail glass to get rid of all the

Ingredients
Fill a large wine glass – about 420ml with ice
30 ml tequila
