CERTIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE

This is to certify that the Pototan Farmers Multi-Purpose Cooperative with the office
address at Matias Yusay Street, Pototan, Iloilo is a registered employer of Social Security
System (SSS) with employer registration number 07-1228600-2-000.

Pursuant to the Social Security Law, the employer has the has the responsibility to report all
its employees to the SSS for coverage, deduct from their monthly salaries their respective
shares of the SSS Contribution and with the corresponding employer’s share, remit the
same to the SSS. It has the responsibility to deduct from the salaries of its employees their
monthly loan amortization, if any and remit them to the SSS.
