We are pleased to inform you that Philippine National Police ( PNP ) Supervisory Office for Security and
Investigation Agencies (SOSIA) has approved our request and granted us the authority letter dated September 10, 2019
to host a Security Industry Regulation Seminar (SIRS), formerly PSEMS, to be used by Private Security Agency ( PSA )
Operators and Managers for the new and renewal of their License to Operate (LTO). Further this will be considered as our
compliance for the training requirement for the new and renewal of your License to Exercise Security Profession (LESP)
as Security Officer/Security Consultant.
The seminar will be held on February 20-21, 2020 (Thursday and Friday) 8:00 A.M. to 5:00P.M. at Venue
88 Resort Hotel and Events Place, Mabuhay Road, Brgy. San Isidro, General Santos City. This event is expected to
gather about Two Hundred (200) participants.

Who should attend this Seminar;

1. Individual Businessman and Corporation who wants to establish a New Private Security Agency, Private
Detective Agency, Private Company Security Unit, Private Protective VIP Security Agency, Private Canine Security
Service Provider, Private Security Training Institute Business.
2. Renewal of License to Operate ( LTO ) of existing Private Security Agency, Private Detective Agency, Private
Company Security Unit, Private Protective VIP Security Agency.
3. New Individual person who wants to be have a License to Exercise Security Profession (LESP) as Security
Officer/Security Consultant. ( Recommended to Private Company management personnel who heads or is
under Human Resources, Safety and Security Department )
4. Management Staff of existing Private Security Agency, Private Detective Agency, Private Company Security Unit,
Private Protective VIP Security Agency which under R.A 5487 IRRI 2003 Rule IX section 3 must at least be a
Licensed Security Officer.
5. Local and National Government Security Personnel if he possesses the qualification which under R.A 5487
IRRI 2003 Rule V section 10 must at least be a Licensed Security Officer. ( Recommended to Government
Offices management personnel who heads or is under Human Resources, Safety and Security Department )
6. Renewal of License to Exercise Security Profession (LESP) of existing Security Officer/Security Consultant.
