Exchange 2024, Tsukuba University, Japan. Tenggat waktu pendaftaran adalah sampai tanggal
20 Oktober 2023.

Program Overview & Important Links

University of Tsukuba is offering two programs namely: Exchange Student (undergraduate & graduate) &
Exchange Research Student (graduate). Exchange students required to register more than 8 periods (600
minutes) courses per week. Whereas, Exchange research students will focus on their research and cannot take
classes in University of Tsukuba. Accepted students will be exempt from the tuition fee. The nominated
student will have the opportunity to get JASSO scholarship, however this scholarship is highly competitive
for applicants.
Eligibility:
• Active undergraduate and graduate students of IPB University (minimum having 1year of academic
transcript)
• Be a proficient in English or Japanese.
Required Documents:
1. Formal Letter of Request for Admission; You can submit it after the nomination
2. Transcript of Academic Records (All semester in English; can be obtained in integrated service center/ISC
or Student Portal)
3. Certificate of Enrollment (Include your name, your current year in IPB, the admission date and the expected
graduation date in IPB all in English; can be obtained in integrated service center/ ISC or student portal)
4. Color scanned of passport (identity page)
5. Japanese Language Proficiency Certificate (if any, not obligatory)
6. English Proficiency Certificate(if any, not obligatory)
7. Certificate of your stay in Japan (If applicable)
8. Application form of Certificate of Eligibility (CoE, in Excel format)
9. ID Photo Data (portrait orientation with 3:4 aspect ratio, photograph requirement)
10. Bank Balance Certificate (Student's own bank account) and/or Certificate of Scholarship/Student
Loan.
11. Recommendation Letter from your supervisor

Application Procedures
• Please email softcopies of all required documents to dpi_ipb@apps.ipb.ac.id by Ocober 20th, 2023
(Friday) by 15.00 pm at the latest with Subject: TsukubaExchangespring2024_APPLY_Name.
• Applicants CANNOT apply individually to University of Tsukuba.
• Offline interview will be conducted between October 23-27th, 2023 or based on further notification.
