Rules and regulations to be followed by all the teaching staff

1. Teacher must be present in the school premises of least 5 minute before the morning Bell
is running for morning assembly.
2. All teachers presence is mandatory for morning assembly
3. All staff has mention the time of her arrival on the attendance register along with
signature.
4. Use of mobile phone while in the class is strictly prohibited.
5. Teacher desiring to resign or leave the school for any reason must intimate the school
management regarding this at least one month in advance or she shall forfeit one month’s
salary in lieu of the notice.
6. All students who remain absent for one or more days, its teacher responsibility to help
student to complete previous work in class.
7. All the works assigned to the teacher must be done with honesty and dedication. Any
laxity in doing one’s duty shall be intolerable and disciplinary action may be initiated
against her.
8. All the class/home work of the students must be properly checked and correction be
done/ given for practice.Teacher must put her signature with date after checking the
assignments.
9. Application for grant of leave for pre-planned/prescheduled programs must be given in
advance. No last minute application for such programs shall be granted. In case violating
rule one day will be deducted.
10. Teachers must have to cooperate in all school related Activities.
11. Permission must be obtained before using any stationery,
12. Teachers cannot take any school supplies to home, Any stationery related items, must be
kept in the office after use.
13. Taking proper care school property is also the responsibility of the teachers. There should
be no misuse of these items.
14. Try at your best to inculcate good manners, discipline and high moral character among
your Students. You, as a teacher, are a role model for them. So first behave yourselves as
you desire, your students to They will only imitate you, your manners and your behavior.
They will also remember you all through their lives, as your impression on the mind of
these kids will be everlasting.
15. Class teachers have to keep their class attendance register, Teacher's Diary and other
paper works complete and up to date.
16. All the teachers will have to fill Teachers Diary. All kind of general information regarding
the class, the students etc are also written on this diary that reserved for complaints.
Name and causes of the weak students, steps taken to remove their weakness etc shall
also be written on the diary.
17. Assigned class duties (cleanliness, light switch, board maintaince, furniture setting) to
students.
18. Any interpretation, amendment relaxation, cancellation etc to the above or any other rule,
regulation is the sole right of the management and is binding on all the staff in the school.
