Assignment Overview:

As a potential Online Volunteer with Young People We Care (YPWC), your first task is to conduct a stakeholder
identification exercise to assist in the development of an outreach and stakeholder engagement plan for YPWC's program
"Opportunities for Youth" https://opportunitiesforyouth.org/ which is a global online platform. This assignment will
assess your ability to research and identify potential stakeholders relevant to the program's mission and objectives.

Assignment Objectives:

 Identify key stakeholders, including higher education institutions, NGOs, government agencies, and youth-
focused organizations, in Ghana.
 Prioritize stakeholders based on their potential impact and relevance to the "Opportunities for Youth" program's
goals.
 Compile a list of identified stakeholders along with brief descriptions of their relevance to the program.

Assignment Tasks:

1. Review the mission and objectives of the "Opportunities for Youth" program as provided in the assignment
description.
2. Conduct online research to identify potential stakeholders in the United Kingdom who align with the program's
mission and focus areas (education, employment, health, etc.).
3. Create a list of at least 10 potential stakeholders, including universities, NGOs, government departments, and
youth organizations, along with brief descriptions of why they are relevant to the "Opportunities for Youth"
program.
4. Prioritize the list of stakeholders based on their perceived importance and potential for collaboration with the
program.
5. Prepare a short summary (1-2 paragraphs) outlining your rationale for selecting each stakeholder and their
potential contribution to the "Opportunities for Youth" program's outreach and engagement efforts.

Deliverables:

 List of at least 10 potential stakeholders in the United Kingdom relevant to the "Opportunities for Youth"
program's mission and objectives, along with brief descriptions of their relevance.
 Prioritized list of stakeholders based on their perceived importance and potential for collaboration with the
program.
 Short summary outlining the rationale for selecting each stakeholder and their potential contribution to the
"Opportunities for Youth" program's outreach and engagement efforts.
