Session Introduction
A very good evening to one and all present here. I, on behalf of the Placement Cell of Lady
Shri Ram College, cordially welcome you to the session on ‘How to Crack HR Interviews’ by
Komal Yadav.
The session will be helpful in learning how to prepare for HR interviews, what to expect, as
well as some tips and tricks to improve your skills and technique to answer HR questions.

Speakers Introduction
Our speaker for the day is Ms. Komal Yadav. Komal is an LSR alumna from the batch of
2023. She is currently working at the D.E. Shaw Group as an International Human Resource
Operations and Project associate. She has interest in the fields of academia, fiction writing
and editing along with consumer and organisational psychology. Her experiences include
working at reputed organisations like Teach for India and the Indian Idiot.
