A a > > Turkey ... wir schneiden Stahl Conditions of sale Preliminary approval / FAT (factory acceptance test) Before delivery a preliminary acceptance of the machine will take place in the presence of company representatives of the customer at the Krenn facilities in Neusa&. After successful FAT the equipment will directly be shipped to the customer for installation and final approval based on FAT, Final acceptance / approval The final acceptance of the equipment will take place on customer's site directly after installation and training in the presence of KRENN employees. If all functional tests according to FAT can be reproduced successfully and stable the final acceptance can’t be withheld. The final acceptance report has to forwarded to KRENN by email within 5 days after final acceptance. In case this time-| exceeded the equipment will be understood and treated as “finally accepted” by the customer. Warranty period Claims arising from defects expire 12 months after final technical approval. During warranty period KRENN will be responsible for repairing defects which arise from ‘aulty elements. Defects caused by customer are in customer's area of responsibility. Par:s subject to wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. Lead time Currently 11 months after receipt of order and subject to changes dependent on our order book / detailed schedule will be provided with order confirmation.
