Preliminaries:

 Secure permission from the Principal, Teachers, Panel, etc.

 Set the date, time and location of the interview and provide
copy of the questions to the interviewee

 Warmly welcome the interviewee and establish a


comfortable atmosphere.

 Briefly introduce yourself and the purpose of the interview.

3. Overview of Interview Protocol

 Provide a clear explanation of the interview process,


emphasizing its significance in the context of the Interview Guide Protocol
(IGP).
