MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Financial controller

● Be responsible for all management reports and analyst on timely basis,

● Be responsible for budgeting and control of Group’s entities including Unit economics, related contracts and other documents review,
and expenses/payments approval;
● Be responsible for cashflow control/forecast, including (1) review and approve all expenses/payments to consistent with approved
budgets/cash flow plan, (2) providing early notice for budget discrepancies; and (3) strictly follow Company’s processes and procedures;
● Partner with Heads of business units/departments to plan and allocate cash ensuring (1) plan is aligned with approved budget and
cash-plan; (2) providing early notices for cash shortfall; and (3) payment term is optimized;
● Participated in review and approval process of contracts and documents ensuring all documents are (1) strictly follow Company’s
policies, Vietnam law and standard; and (2) minimize financial and commercial risks;
● Liaison with internal and external parties to control some significant budget such as marketing, consultation etc.

Business partner

● Partner with Heads of business units/departments to (1) provide insights from finance perspective, (2) propose sound analysts to
support decision making (ie: selling price, commission scheme, promotion campaign...);
● Support Finance Director on ad-hoc projects;

Learning and process

● Partner with IT and Accounting department to improve the standardized and automated information system to ensure (1) timely and
accurate reports; (2) management team is notified on any irregularities;
● Build and continuously improve the budgeting, planning, reporting process
● Share and support other departments and team members on internal processes and financial insights to promote a deeper
understanding across the organization

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance required;

● CPA / CMA / ACCA student / member is preferred;
● Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
Essential skill

● 5+ years of experience in management accounting, financial controller roles;

● Having experience on financial modeling, management report, management information systems;
● Good with data and number, have nature sense of data flow and experience in dealing with large data is a strong plus;
● Experience in retail or digital industry is a strong plus;
● Fluent in English is a strong plus.
