How has this assignment helped you engage in your chosen

outcome? Did you write about one of the goals in the outcomes, or
did you apply the skills talked about in each one?
My first Writing Center check-in assignment helped me so much. This work
engaged in the “Revision” learning outcome because the notes I took
became the backbone of my research proposal and then my final research
paper. Later, through much research and revision, I utilized this writing
assignment throughout it all. I didn’t write about the goal here but instead
applied the skills talked about in Revision.
2. What do you want to say about the process, whether it be during the
brainstorming process or after the final due date of a finished
assignment?
I must say, at first, I was unenthusiastic about having to meet with a writing
tutor to work on my assignments. However, afterward, I felt much more
confident and felt like I finally had a direction to head toward in my
research paper.
