Responsibilities
•The Senior Product Design Verification Engineer is responsible to plan and execute design verification
engineering projects and reliability activities to support the development of safe and reliable medical
devices
•Develop and validate test methods, write protocols based on defined requirements, and provide clear and
concise test reports
•Perform data analysis activities including tolerance intervals, Ppk, data reduction, and gage repeatability
and reproducibility
•Interact collaboratively with a wide range of disciplines to create innovative products in the challenging
and rewarding medical device industry
•Collaborating with the Design and Quality teams to pinpoint areas needing attention for reliability, risk,
and effective sampling strategies
•Formulating and execute design verification plans that thoroughly test and confirm design specifications
•Serving as the reliability engineering leader in designated projects, ensuring the application of Design for
Reliability (DFR) principles to achieve intrinsically reliable products
•Ensuring the accuracy and validity of test methods through rigorous equipment qualification, software
validation, and analysis of measurement systems
•Design and implement custom testing software, such as LabView programs, to enhance control, user
interface, and data collection in test setups
•Overseeing project resources efficiently, collaborating with lab technicians for the setup, execution, and
troubleshooting of complex test assemblies and data acquisition systems
•Conducting detailed analysis of test results, assisting in failure investigations and root cause analyses,
and contribute to technical documentation, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices and data
integrity

Job Title: Senior Product Design Verification Engineer (New Health Care Company)

The Impact You'll Make in this Role


The Senior Product Design Verification Engineer is responsible to plan and execute design verification
engineering projects and reliability activities to support the development of safe and reliable medical
devices. Develop and validate test methods, write protocols based on defined requirements, and provide
clear and concise test reports. Perform data analysis activities including tolerance intervals, Ppk, data
