It gives us immense pleasure to cordially invite and welcome you to the Two-Day
National Seminar on “Integrity in Business: Ethics for Sustainable Success”
organized by the Department of Management Studies, Geetanjali Institute of
Technical Studies, Udaipur on 17th and 18th May, 2024.

About The Institute

Established in 2006, Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies (GITS), Udaipur is a
pioneering institute affiliated with Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. Founded by
the Geetanjali Education Society in 2002-03, GITS holds recognition from AICTE and
the Government of Rajasthan. Dedicated to providing technical and professional
education, the institute has carved a niche in technical and management innovation.
Focusing on both general and tribal youth, GITS employs a comprehensive approach,
combining classroom teaching, industry expert lectures, and business workshops to
groom students into future business leaders. The academic environment fosters a
profound understanding of business facets and strategic levels. GITS prides itself on

About the Department

Department of Management Studies started in 2006, has become a place to reckon
with in the field of management education in India. The enhanced intake over the
years proves its maturity in all spheres of academic and extra-curricular activities.
Our focus on industry-academic interactions, extensive training, sound alumni
network, and workshops ensures excellent placement of our students. The overall
growth of students is ensured through business simulations and certificate programs
on contemporary issues. All these efforts translate into excellent academic results.
The faculty members with their proven academic credentials have become true
trendsetters. The department continues its march towards excellence under the able
guidance and leadership of Prof. P.K. Jain, Former Director FMS, Mohan Lal Sukhadia
University.

Grade Accreditation and NBA-accredited Engineering and Management Programs.

Call for The Papers

The selected original research papers/articles will be published as chapters in book
with National ISBN number or in Working Paper Series. [It will cover publication criteria
for CAS]
Certificate will be available to all the participants in 20 days after the seminar.
Registration for author and co-authors of the papers should be done separately.
