I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Jaquelyne Antonio-Roman, a senior at El

Capitan High School. I have known Jaquelyne for several years as her English Develpoment
teacher, and during this time, she has continuously impressed me with her dedication, helpful
nature, and determination.

Jaquelyn has maintained a GPA of 2.38, throughout her high school career, which is a testament
to her dedication and hard work. Furthermore, she is a kind and compassionate individual who is
always willing to lend a helping hand to both her peers and teachers. Her passion and
commitment to pursuing a career in animal science as a veterinarian or dog trainer are evident in
her daily interactions and activities.

Jaquelyne's experience in training family dogs and providing care for both dogs and cats
showcases her genuine love for animals. Not only does she display responsibility in taking care
of her own pets, but she also goes above and beyond to assist others when needed. Her practical
skills in handling and tending to sick animals highlight her potential for success in the field of
animal science.

In addition to her extracurricular engagements, Jaquelyne's drive to further her education is

evident in her college choices. By applying to Merced College, Berkeley, and Florida State, she
demonstrates a desire to continue her academic journey at institutions known for their excellence
in animal science programs.

I am confident that Jaquelyne's passion, work ethic, and caring nature make her an ideal
candidate for a program in animal science. She has the dedication and skills necessary to succeed
