I am writing this letter for the recommendation of the ff:

1. Mr. Ricardo Meneses (Dumptruck Driver)

Mr. Ricardo Meneses has the capability, experience and the competency at driving various
construction equipment to support at MMSP for their activity/operations. He also has the
qualification and certification (NCII – Articulated Off Highway Dump Truck) required for
the job request.
As per request of manpower needed prior to Metro-Manila Subway Project to support
ongoing activities by trained and experienced drivers, operators and riggers from NSCR-
CP02 we are referring him to be transferred to MMSP.
