b. SUSPECT : Unidentified

c.DTPO : At About 06:00 PM of August 9, 2020 at Phoenix

Gasoline Station,Calapan City,Oriental Mindoro.

d.SPECIMEN SUBMITTED: One (1) piece of .45 caliber empty cartridge case
marked as WBT-O1-8-9-20 signed by Investigator-on-Case PSSgt Barrister
Carl L Conde.

2. Further, request that this office be furnished a copy of the examination result
for our reference.
