1. At the close of participating with four weeks of gratitude assignments on D2L, what have you
learned?

I have learned that practicing gratitude is an important part of caring for yourself and others.

2. At the close of participating with four weeks of gratitude assignments on D2L, what activities
did you find most meaningful and why?

The activity I found most meaningful was making 3 posts about things we were grateful for each day. It
reminded me to stop and appreciate even the little things.

3. Have you noticed any common themes after reviewing your gratitude posts? Please
describe….

I haven't noticed any huge common themes in my gratitude posts. Mostly, I'm just grateful for people
who spend time with me like my boyfriend or even my cat. I think that's probably a result of me not
having very much time to be able to spend with people.

4. What have you learned from reviewing and responding to other’s posts?

I have learned that other people are grateful for similar things that I am. We all appear to really value
quality time spent with others. Also, I've learned that expressing gratitude makes people feel better as
many of us stated in the discussion boards.
