 Synopsis

Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy were sent by their mother from London to the house of a Professor named Digory Kirke. They were forced to
flee because the place where they lived was one of the places affected by World War II. They rode the train until they were picked up by the
house guard from the professor who was not friendly to children and was very strict. One day the four siblings were playing hide and seek
together, until Lucy found a cupboard and intended to hide there. When she entered the cupboard, Lucy discovered another world and met
someone near a lamppost. Mr Tumnus is a faun from Narnia, he also invited Lucy to visit his house.Mr. Tumnus tells everything about Narnia
which was cursed with winter for 100 years by the White Witch. Can't bear it, Mr. Tumnus told Lucy to return to her world and Lucy
immediately told her about her experiencethis is for another sibling. Edmun, who had been to Narnia, lied because he didn't want to be seen as
hallucinating. While running away from Mrs Macready, they break into the cupboard and find Narnia. Lucy wants to meet Mr. Tumnus, but the
house looks very messy. Until they meet a beaver who tells them about the situation of Narnia and Aslan. Edmund accused and met the Queen
alone, feeling annoyed that Edmund was taken prisoner and imprisoned. Peter, Susan and Lucy finally met Aslan in a tent and asked for his help
to save Edmund. Susan and Lucy were attacked by wolves. Some of Aslan's troops followed and the next day Edmund was at camp. The White
Witch suddenly comes to ask for Edmund's punishment, but Aslan secretly makes another deal. Lucy and Susan were shocked when they saw
Aslan sacrifice himself in place of Edmund, Aslan died at the hands of the White Witch. Susan and Lucy send a message of Aslan's death, the
next morning Peter leads Aslan's army to attack. At that moment Aslan suddenly got up and immediately went around to the wizard's castle to
bring the other troops that Peter needed. Edmund saw Peter was in danger, he went down to destroy the White Witch's wand and was
seriously injured. Peter almost died at the hands of the witch, that's when Aslan and the other troops came and finished off the entire enemy
army. Thanks to the help of Lucy's magic potion, Edmund returned to life and they were crowned King and Queen of Narnia. Fifteen years
passed, when the four Pevensie children were adults they chased a white deer into the forest. Lucy found the lamppost she remembered, Lucy
traced the path until they fell and came out of the cupboard on the same day. At that time they met Professor Kirke who was surprised and
asked them to tell him about their adventure.

 Evaluation

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe is a film that is friendly for children. There are no scenes that are
inappropriate for children to see and the romance in this film is more about the love between siblings. On the other hand, this film can make
adults dream and enter Narnia
