COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

The Private Complainant and the Accused, after conferring with one
another, agree as follows:

1. That the accused is willing and will pay the private complainant the
amount of _____ in installment basis in the amount of ____ every last
working day of the month, starting ____, until the obligation shall have
been fully settled;

2. Said monthly payment shall be made by the Accused to the Private

Complainant in person, at the latter’s residence;

3. The Private Complainant shall issue an Acknowledgment Receipt to the

Accused for each payment, which shall bear the signature of the former;

3. The Private Complainant undertakes to withdraw the criminal aspect of

this case upon the full payment by the Accused of her obligation under
this Compromise Agreement;

4. In the event that the Accused fails to comply with the terms and
conditions of this Compromise Agreement, the Private Complainant
shall revive the case;

5. No other action in court, whether criminal or civil shall be initiated by the

Private Complainant against the Accused involving the same alleged
obligation as long as there is due compliance with the foregoing
agreement;
6. Should any of the parties fails or refuses to perform or comply with
her/his obligations under the provisions of this Compromise Agreement,
it will be automatically rescinded;

7. This contract shall be deemed the agreement and understanding between

the parties.
