Weighing Hoppers Calibration Procedure

1. Connect Siwarex cable with Siwarex Weighing module terminals (Back side of RIOR panel)
Terminal No. 01 “RXD1” (Pin No. 02 of 09 pin D Connector) Siwarex module Terminal no. 03
Terminal No. 02 “GND1” (Pin No. 05 of 09 pin D Connector) Siwarex module Terminal no. 04
Terminal No. 03 “TXD1” (Pin No. 03 of 09 pin D Connector) Siwarex module Terminal no. 05

2. Connect Siwarex cable with “MOXA” USB to Serial connector.

3. Connect USB in LAPTOB /PC with USB port. Select USB COM port as per actual.
4. Open Siwarex 2 U tool Software.
5. Take online from upper side task bar online option is given.
6. Check which channel load cell cables is connected in RIOR panel.
If
Load Cell wires is Connected in Terminal No. 15,16,17,18,19,20 then Calibration channel 1 (DR3) is
Selected.
If
Load Cell wires is Connected in Terminal No. 8,9,10,11,12,13 then Calibration channel 2 (DR4) is
Selected.
7. When You Click on Calibration Channel 1(DR3) OR 2(DR4) Then Right side a window will appear like this

8. Physically weighing hopper to be checked if any material, load, tightness of feeding and discharge cloth
to be checked if anything is abnormal then remove all additional load, loose cloth then clean weighing
hoppers.
9. Calibration Process will be Start.
10. Select Channel as per requirement of calibration.
11. Go to service command channel 1 or 2 as per requirement.
12. So we are doing calibration for Channel 1.
13. Click Service command on channel 1.

14. Ensure that no any weight or no any person work or touch weighing hopper.
15. If everything is ok, then click Zeroing and Display will show 0.00 kg reading.

16. Set adjustment weight count in scale parameter tab as per calibration range weight. i.e. 4000 for 40 kg
calibration.
17. Click on adjustment weight valid after put full weight on scale. Display will show full reading as per
setting done.
18. Remove weight and click adjustment zero valid and send data.
19. Finally repeat step 17 & 18 for final calibration.
