Part-1

1- When discussing the considerations in deciding when to hold an English meeting, it turns
out that Friday is not a good option and there is the Christmas party this weekend. It is also
noted that there are other events such as Mr. Johnson's birthday and the office party.
Therefore, it is decided that the meeting should be held on a different date.

2- The person states that they would like to join the youth club and asks what the club
does. The respondent says that there are many activities in the club, such as singing,
reading, games, sports. The person then states that they like reading and art. The other
person states that there are reading classes on Wednesdays at 16.00 and music classes on
Fridays at 18.00, followed by painting classes.

wearing the shoes to the gym yesterday and seeing them outside the bedroom window.
However, it turns out that the shoes outside the bedroom window are not theirs and they
realize that their gym bag is still in the car.

5- The person says that their favorite band is playing a concert at the stadium next week.
However, the person says that he has heard that tickets cost 14 pounds 45 pence. The
friend thinks that the price cannot be that high and thinks that the person has been
misinformed. They look at the ticket prices on the internet and see that the real price is less
than five pounds and they are pleased. They decide to go to the concert.

6-10- The person tells Vladimir that he called from work and that he is not in the office
today. She says that there will be a meeting for the new office design on the following
Monday and that Mr. Fowler wants ideas from everyone. She suggests taking notes and
emailing them to Mr. Fowler on the day of the meeting. He also says that they will have to
make a short presentation in front of everyone and that it should be no longer than three
minutes. He says the meeting should last 45 minutes in total, with 15 minutes to select the
best ideas. He says that if they need help, they can visit www.officedesks.com and finally
asks Anna to let him know. He also asks them to be ready by Friday, October 1st and to use
the weekend to review the ideas.

Part-3
11-15- The conversation includes a dialog in which Sammy talks about his visit to London.
Sammy says that he is both excited and anxious about his visit to London. He then offers his
friend a ride to London and expresses his regret that the trip will be by train. Joshua says
that it would be too costly to fly. Sammy says that he has made the hotel reservation and
they will stay in a hotel in the city center. Joshua reminisces about the times he has visited
London and tries to convince Sammy that he will like the local food, people and sights of
London. He also suggests booking London's tourist attractions in advance. Sammy says that
only rain can ruin a day in London and they wish for sunny weather.
Part-4
16- The story follows events in a company where a new boss has taken over. The new boss
is described as looking like John, an old friend of the employees, but not as funny as John.
The boss has just finished university and is happy to share ideas. The employees think that
the new boss seems happy to cooperate and makes a better impression than their old boss.

17- The person describes an experience where a person waited for a match for a long time
and trained hard, but they lost the match because one of their best players fell ill. The
person says that they believed they could win the match, but in the end they lost and it
frustrated them.

18- is about someone making an announcement about an English writing class. The
announcement states that the class will start on Monday at 5pm and that students are
expected to be in class by 4pm at the latest. It also states that students must pay for their
books in advance of the class and that each student must bring 15 pounds. It is emphasized
that the instructor of the class is Mr. Johnson.

19- is a conversation in which a person talks about the idea of selling their house and the
features of this house. The speaker states that the house has three bedrooms and is perfect
for families. He also thinks that the house is located in a good neighborhood and that the
price is affordable. However, he admits that the house was built in the 1980s, but argues
that it is still a comfortable place for families.

20- The speaker expresses surprise that he did not get the job and emphasizes that he has
work experience and has worked as a manager. He thinks that there are not many people
who can do this job. He also states that it requires working long hours and that most people
are not willing to do it. Finally, he says that on the day of the interview there were
problems with traffic.

20-25- Daniel had a series of experiences during his trip to Italy:

Monday: He got off to a good start by taking a walk by the river and taking photos from
high places.

Tuesday: He stepped in historical places, visiting the royal family's old sites and gardens.

Wednesday: Planned to see the picture galleries, but my sister wanted to watch theater, so
she watched a play.

Thursday: Our plan to visit the zoo was thwarted by the zoo being closed, so we visited a
place where chocolate is made and drank hot chocolate in a historic building.

Friday: Sat in a nice cafe in the city center and people watched.

Saturday: After a tiring week, on his last day he preferred to just be alone with nature.

Daniel enjoyed these different experiences that Italy has to offer and savored each day.
