Personal checklist:
To be filled by the person who is wearing full body harness.

Ensure all necessary work clothing is worn before donning harness.


Remove potentially dangerous items such as pens and keys from pockets.
Don the harness, starting with the leg straps, ensuring they are not twisted or
cross buckled. Ensure the leg straps are tightened snugly.
Ensure the sub-pelvic strap is sitting directly beneath the buttocks.
Ensure dorsal D-ring is aligned with the spine, directly between the two
shoulder blades.
Ensure the chest strap is secured, tightened, and positioned properly across
the front of the chest.

To be completed by trusted work partner, starting in the front, working from top to bottom, then repeating
in the back.

Ensure shoulder straps cannot come off shoulders.


Ensure chest strap is secured, tightened, and positioned properly across the

Ensure all keepers are correctly positioned and loose webbing is managed.
Ensure leg straps are properly fastened and tightened.
Ensure dorsal D-ring is properly centered, aligning with the spine.
Ensure sub-pelvic strap is snug and properly positioned below the buttocks.
