Subject: Request For Driver Change
Dear Biruk,

We are writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the current driver assigned to us, and
we would like to request a change of driver as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the current driver
has exhibited consistent behavioral issues that have negatively impacted our work.

Due to the driver's attitude problem and unsatisfactory service, we have decided not to work with
him Therefore, we kindly request that you assign a new driver to our rental immediately. Till that
we are not using this vehicle for the project and non-working days for this reason will not be
counted in the payment period we will deduct these wasted days.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving
this issue.
