PROCEDURE TEXT : CASSAVA CHIPS

Material:
- Fresh cassava 1 kg
- Betel lime 1 tbsp
- 250 ml of water

Ground spices:
- Smooth salt 3 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Shallot 8 btr
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Sufficient oil

How to make:
Fresh cassava is peeled and washed thoroughly
Next the cassava slices use a special tool, so that the slices are the same size.
Prepare water and enter betel lime then thinly cut cassava soak into whiting water. Then add the mashed
spices into the cassava marinade. Leave for 60 minutes.
Lift it, then before drying it first, and in the drying process it must be completely dry without the sun's
rays
Next, fry the cassava on medium heat while continuing to stir. After the cassava dries, remove and drain.
Leave it to dry and cool, chips are ready to be put into a jar and ready to be served.
