• Optional Performance Exhaust required

Installation:
• Turn vehicle off and open the trunk
• Remove trunk cover liner (Picture 1)
• Remove plastic pop-rivets and lift up sill-trim (Picture 2)
• Locate the exhaust valve solenoid (Right Hand Side near the rear bumper) (Picture 3)
• Locate factory exhaust valve solenoid connector (Picture 4)

Installation:

• Unplug factory connector and connect EVM connectors (Picture 5)

• Place Exhaust Valve Solenoid (inside near rear bumper) (Picture 6)
• Connect ground eyelet to Mercedes factory ground point. (Picture 7)
• Test functionality (start car, use remote to open and close valves, (button 1 open) visually
confirm valves are opening and closing)
• After confirming proper function, re-install trunk liner and close-trunk cover (Picture 8)
