HOW TO DOWNLOAD MINECRAFT MODS by Ryan McGovern

1. go onto google and go to this link https://download.curseforge.com

2. when you are on this website click on download and the application will download

3. when downloaded follow all steps and the application will be finished installing

4. then when you are in the applecation press the gear button then go to minecraft
and scroll down until you see allocated memory to do this you must have the java
player installed

5. when you are at it put the bar as high as your computer can run

6. this will allow your game to run a bit more smother

7. go back to the main screen and click on minecraft if not already on it then when
you do that click on browse modpacks

8. then search up in the search bar better minecraft its the second result it
should say better minecraft[forge] 1.16.5

9. after you see it press install when its installed

10. now click my modpacks and it should be there so click onto the modpack

11. you see 3 dots on top of each ofther beside the play button click onto that and
click profile options

12. you see an option for content management under it it should say allow content
management for this profile click the check box which will allow you to add mods to
the modpack

13. go out of that and press installed mods then press add more content and in the
search bar search essential mod all in caps by spark universe if you dont see that
go onto google and copy paste this link into the search bar
https://essential.gg/download and go down to forge mc 1.16.5 and click on it

14. now go back to forge and press the three dots again and now bress open folder
it should open the folder which contains all the files then look until you see mods
and click on it
now open another file explore and look for the essential mod in downloads it should
be the first one and it should be in java type file now copy and paste that into
the mods foler you recently just open
then the mod should be in the modpack

15. now you can press play and it should open the minecraft luncher just press play
if it gives you a warning it just there to tell you that its moddifed version of
minecraft
