Adding dealer representative in Master

Login to application and click on Site Map (icon highlighted in red).

User will navigate to Site Map. In search option, search with “RO Dealer Representative”

Click on RO Dealer Representative Matrix

User will navigate RO dealer representative Screen.

Click on the + button

After clicking on + button. Click on RO code Pick applet.

After clicking on pick applet, user will see list of ROs of his Sales Area (for FO) and divisional office
(for DO Manager and DO engineer) . User can select RO and click on Ok button.

User can search with SAP code also and click on  icon
User will get record if RO is present in system. Click on Ok button.

Record will be created with RO code and RO name.

Click on + button present in second applet to add dealer representative. User can add more than one
dealer representative for one dealer.

After clicking on + button. Please enter all details of dealer representative.

Please add First Name, Last Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Aadhar number, Email Id.

After adding Aadhaar number when user will save the record. As per government guidelines Aadhar
number will be masked. If Aadhaar number is not masked, user can click on validate Aadhaar button.

If Aadhaar number is not masked user will not be able to save record.

In this way, user can add multiple dealer representatives for a dealer.

Validations.

1. Aadhar number should be unique for dealer representative.

2. Dealer representative can be active for one dealer at a time.
3. If dealer representative, want to represent another dealer then he will be inactivated from
current dealer and will be added under other dealer as representative.
4. Age of dealer representative should be equal or greater than 18 years.
5. Field Officer, DO manager and DO engineer only can add dealer representative in dealer
representative master
