Initially, I should say that a lesson plan is the instructor’s road map of what students need to learn and how it will be done
effectively during the class. Then you can design appropriate learning skills and activities likewise ,develop strategies to obtain
feedback on student learning . As well as, it also depends the theme of the lesson in order to choose suitable study skills.

Furthermore, Before planning a lesson , we will first need the learning objectives for the lesson. It allows to describe what the
learners know or be able to after the lesson . So, not only using writing or reading study skills is effectively in lesson plan but
also completely utilizing the others, speaking and listening will be the most successful way .

Finally , the constructor will estimate the time before hand , it is one of the urgent point of achieving the goals. However,
organize productive lesson is not one which everything goes exactly but in which both students and instructor learn from each
other.

of young generation addict to more watching TV than reading books. Even though they have enough time and possibilities , they always kill their
valuable hours by engaging with unimportant things .

Moreover , I strongly recommend you to organize completely exciting competitions or show programs among teenagers according to their
preference . Besides that, arranging a wonderful trip around the country and give a financial reward . So, managing a free of charge intensive
learning course for young people who can show his/her a good behavior and hard work continuously.
