Accomplishment Report
The Malungon National High School were having a modular mode of learning for February 1, 2024 and
February 5, 2024 due to the heavy rain. The students were tasked rewrite and finalized their output in English
7 using the Most Essential Learning Competency (MELC): transcode information from linear to non-linear texts
and vice versa (EN7OL-IV-e-3.10).
The Grade 7 students expected outputs to be checked and evaluate on February 6, 2024 in their
FORMAL THEME Notebook.

Accomplishment Report
The Malungon National High School were having a modular mode of learning for February 1, 2024 and
February 5, 2024 due to the heavy rain. The students were tasked to do their first task entitled (Break it
Down!) using the given graphic organizer, fill in the missing parts to complete the entire concept showing the
structure of the nervous system in Science 10 using the Most Essential Learning Competency (MELC): Describe
the different organs and functions of nervous, endocrine, and reproductive system (S10LT-IIIa-33).
The Grade 10 students expected outputs to be checked and evaluate on February 6, 2024 in their
notebook.
