PARTS RETURN POLICY

A. To obtain an RMA for ANY reason, ONLY contact returns@putzmeister.com

B. Putzmeister must be contacted first to receive an RMA at returns@putzmeister.com
C. Parts able to be returned must include the following:
1. Shipped in suitable container to avoid any damage in return transit
2. See list below for Parts that are not returnable
3. Customer is responsible for shipping unless otherwise instructed
4. Eligible parts ordered in error by Customer, or not needed, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Freight is the
responsibility of the Customer.
D. Parts not Authorized for Return
1. Any part purchased more than 30 calendar days prior to requested RMA
2. Parts that are not in new condition and/or requiring clean-up and/or rework
3. Paint and Decals
4. No electrical parts or components are returnable to include but not limited to, switches, relays, batteries, solenoids,
controllers, circuit boards, etc.
5. Parts that are contaminated, improperly packaged, and/or damaged in shipment
*it is the responsibility of sender for any claims on parts damaged in returns
6. Broken quantity packs, parts of kits, assembled components and parts that have been disassembled, or parts that have
been installed
7. Parts with limited shelf life to include, but not limited to: O-rings, seals, rubber parts, hydraulic and various types of hoses,
filter, and gaskets
8. Bulk parts cut to order, including but not limited to, weather stripping, wire rope, belting, and hoses
9. Non-stock parts manufactured or purchased for a specific order/equipment
10. No hardware parts, including but not limited to, bolts, nuts, screws, washers, and hydraulic fittings
11. Any part with extended line item of less than $10.00
12. Any part that is obsolete and/or not included in list of current parts at the time of proposed return
13. Manuals cannot be returned for credit
14. Parts shipped as a component(s) of a complete assembly
15. Parts that have been modified in any way
16. Fabricated and/or formed sheet metal parts
17. Parts not purchased from Putzmeister
18. Putzmeister reserves the right to determine return eligibility on any part, for any reason
E. Parts Return Procedure
1. Complete RMA Claim Form
2. E-mail completed form to Putzmeister and receive approved RMA Number
3. A copy of the approved RMA form must be clearly visible on return
Packaging and shipped to the address below
4. Any parts not listed on approved RMA form will be returned to Customer
freight collect
5. All returns must be received within 30 calendar days of the RMA approval

F. Parts Return Processing


1. RMAs will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of part(s) and proper paperwork
2. Contact listed on RMA will receive a completed RMA resolution from Putzmeister
3. Please respond within 7 business days with any questions and/or disputes to the RMA e-mail returns@putzmeister.com
G. Shipping Errors by Putzmeister
1. Completed RMA Claim Form including invoice must be requested and returned to RMA returns@putzmeister.com within
10 business days from receipt of shipment
2. Upon receipt of the RMA approval, material must be shipped freight prepaid to Putzmeister.
3. RMA must be marked clearly on outside of package
4. Upon receipt and inspection of parts, along with appropriate paperwork, credit will be issued along with applicable freight
charges (no restocking fee applies)
