In B2B e-commerce, the product or services orders are typically massive in volume, complex in pricing,
and customized solutions according to the requirement of businesses. While B2C e-commerce focuses
on ensuring that consumers experience a comfortable and personalized shopping to individual
consumers. It also includes features such as product recommendations, user reviews, and easy payment
options which can be seen on a lot of online shopping applications nowadays because it is much
preferred by consumers. On the contrary, C2C e-commerce allows individual people to sell their own
products or services directly to other consumers, enabling peer-to-peer market sharing. In each of these
models, e-commerce is the focus towards different marketing segments, and to succeed, the strategies
may come in several ways and types. Lastly, E-commerce has enshrined an alternate model of business
operation and opened new frontiers of global trade and expanding markets. It ranges from B2B, B2C, to
C2C in terms of providing uncomplicated ways of connecting and transacting with customers in a digital
marketplace.
