Dear Ms Daniel,
I am really excited about your new club idea and can’t wait for it to kick off. Learning
English while cooking sounds like a lot of fun.
I have not done much cooking before, just helped my aunt with baking here and
there, but I am keen to learn more.
I suggest we try cooking dishes from different countries each week, starting with
Italian food since it is a favourite for many, and maybe Thai food the next week.
Let’s aim for healthy recipes, avoiding ones with too much fat or sugar.
