In terms of the last order dated 08.02.2024, the notes and
submission were filed yesterday i.e. 21.02.2024, some copies of
documents have been filed, for which no supporting affidavit is there.
Ld. Sr. Counsel Mr. Naveen Pahwa for the Respondent seeks
some time to file the supporting affidavit with serving a copy in
advance to the petitioner counsel.
Ld. Sr. Counsel Mr. P. Nagesh for the petitioner also sought time
to file written submissions in support of the arguments.
 At the request and by consent of both parties, list the matter on
21.03.2024.
